This easy-to-install mod allows members of your forum to create/lead a team. Once they create a team, other members can join their team. The leader has a powerful Team Management system at hand to control all aspects of his team, and the forum administrators have the last say as they can delete and modify all teams.

 

Features:

 

- Members can only create teams if they have a certain number of posts set by forum admin

- Each team has a leader(the person who creates the team) and a co-leader

- The leader can choose a team logo or give other team members permission to do that

- Leaders can create ranks that they can assign to their members

- A group overview page allows groups to make a short HTML-enabled description about their team

- The leader can set permissions on which team members can do what( Different permissions are based on the different categories of settings, which are Team, Forum, and Permissions )

- Leaders can approve members wanting to join the team through an easy to use activation list... you can simply dismiss members that you don't want on your team

- Members can resign(or voluntarily dismiss themselves) from the team

- Leaders can dismiss other team members

- Administrators have control over all teams through the ACP

- Team leaders can create a password-protected subforum for their team, and assign forum moderators to that forum

I hope to get a demo up here ASAP for everyone to see this in action(although you can't really see it fully in action until you install it)

 

Installation is very simple...upload 4 files, run one installer, and do 5 small edits to 3 different files(index.php,admin.php, admin_pages.php)...

 

This mod did go through beta testing with 10 of my personal friends...everything should be as bug-free as possible. This modification will be released for IPB 2.1 once IPS releases their Final version(and Invisionize chooses to support 2.1)

 

По-русски в двух словах: позволяет участникам создавать на форуме собственные команды. Выбирается лидер, он создает команду, выбирает логотип, управляет участниками, которые в свою очередь вступают в эту команду
