ОШИБКА - couldn't create child process: 22: php.exe

При попытке создать новый форум на только что установленном IPB 2.1.7

в IE выдается ошибка:

 

Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

 

Please contact the server administrator, primer@primer.ru and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

ну неужели никто не сталкивался с подобной проблемой ?

подскажите хотябы где еще можно поискать решение по данной ошибке !

Проблема не в форуме, а в сервере.

до этого стояла версия 2,0,4 и все прекрасно работало ! кроме замены форума на сервере ничего не менялось !

я уже облазил весь интернет но так и не нашел в чем проблема этой ошибки и как ее устранить !?
