Abilities

• If the last post in the topic belongs to the topic starter AND the interval between current time and the last post's time is less then "bump interval", topic starter can't post. He should see a warning message (You can't bump topics more often then %s)
• Administrator can choose "bump interval"
• Administrator can choose in which forums he want to prevent often bumping
