With this add-on, you can automatically open the lines of communication by creating a ticket on the purchasing members behalf as soon as they've completed a purchase. The Automatic Reply allows a few keywords, namely the members name and the name of the package they have purchased. This allows you to tailor the automatic reply for each member.
